Mary Beth graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and attended Oxford University in England. Mary Beth has previous involvement in many Hernando County organizations. Her participation includes President of the Brooksville Rotary Club, Founding Director of the Hernando County United Way, Chair of the Hernando County Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, Treasurer of the Downtown Development Corporation of Brooksville, Associate Member of the Hernando County Manufacturers' Association, Chairman of the Hernando County Business Education Advisory Council, Member of the Board of Directors of the Hernando County Symphony. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Cortez Community Bank and she is a member of the Advisory Board for the Humane Society of the Nature Coast. She is Chairman of Oliver & Joseph, P.A.'s Quality Control committee and serves on the Board of Directors. Her professional experience includes supervision of numerous engagements for commercial, not-for-profit, and governmental entities. Other Firm responsibilities include federal and state tax return preparation for individuals and businesses, as well as management consulting and planning services.
